A full lineup of approximately 60 exhibitor booths, information stations and services makes the Exhibit Hall a must-see attraction during the Tandem Meetings.

“The Exhibit Hall is the place to meet industry experts, network, and enjoy features such as the Jazz Charging Lounge, Tandem Meetings Hub, lunch and coffee break areas, two Product and Innovation Theaters, Sanofi Dog-Petting Lounge and more,” said Ashley Wissinger, Tandem Meetings program coordinator.

The Orca Bio Headshot Lounge will debut at the Exhibit Hall for 2026 Tandem Meetings. Attendees will be able to stop by this complimentary photo studio without prior reservations and capture a professional-quality portrait. 

Wissinger added that the 60-booth Exhibit Hall will be fully operational and staffed for each day of the Tandem Meetings. The Exhibit Hall is open to attendees Feb. 4-6, 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., and Saturday, Feb. 7, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. MST.          . 

The Exhibit Hall also hosts the official, complimentary Welcome Reception on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. MST. 

“The Welcome Reception is our grand kick-off,” Wissinger said. “We hope attendees will join us for refreshments and visit many of the exhibit booths that will be serving their own hors d’oeuvres or custom cocktails.”

Moreover, the compact layout of the Salt Palace Convention Center allows for the Exhibit Hall (centrally located on Level 1, Hall B) to be easily accessed.

“The Exhibit Hall is right across from so many other sessions and events,” Wissinger said. “You don’t have to trek across several halls and corridors, so you can easily set aside time to stop by.”

A full list of exhibitors and maps of the Exhibit Hall — as well as convention center maps, a full program schedule, and more — can be viewed through the 2026 Tandem Meetings app, linked on the online program. 

Exhibitors can reserve a spot in the Exhibit Hall up to the date of the meetings, as long as spaces remain open. These reservations can be made by emailing organizers at [email protected], or through the Tandem Meetings website.
